1. The project was presented at the meetings with the directors and project managers from the schools of Brașov county, organized on the 10th of October 2022 – 191 participants.
2. The announcement for the selection of teaching staff for the achievement of the indicator assumed by ISJ – 100 teaching staff, participating in the project, was posted on the communication group with the principals, with the responsibles with educational projects in schools, and on the ISJ website http://www.isjbrasov.ro/index.php/departamente/proiecte-si-programe/5909-selectie-grup-tinta-proiect-isj-digiset-ka220-sch-f2ecb32f
3. We have created a roll-up of the project, which is permanently exposed in our institution lobby and during the events that we organize during the scholar year. We created a leaflet with information about the project and the results after the first year of implementation. It was distributed to the principals of the schools in Brașov county, on the 4th of May 2023. We realized a calendar of the scholar year 2023 - 2024, with information about the project which was distributed to the principals of the schools in Brașov county, on the 21st of September 2023.
4. On 31st of March 2023, ISJ Brașov participated with a stand at the exhibition organized on the occasion of the county phase of the „Made for Europe” national project product competition, thus ensuring the visibility of the project for the media and for the parents and students who visited the exhibition – around 200 persons. We distributed leaflets to the participants.
5. Between the 3rd and the 5th of September 2023, the National meeting of school inspectors for modern languages (English, French, German, Spanish) took place in Brașov. The project was presented to the representatives of the Ministry of Education and to the participants – 56 persons.
6. Between the 18th and 20th of September 2023, the National meeting of school inspectors for educational projects took place in Brașov. The project was presented to the representatives of the Ministry of Education and to the participants – 40 persons.
7. On the 27th of September 2023, we organized the meeting of the teachers responsible for educational projects in Brașov county. We presented the project to the participants – 156 participants.

The project was exhibited by Ana Golubovic and Jasmin Wallner on Friday, 10th November 2023 at the Interpädagogica at the stand of bitmedia (lead organization) and presented to interested visitors. QR codes to the project website were displayed and handed out to visitors. In addition, an interactive board and presentation at the stand referred to the project. The project was also presented by Jasmin Wallner in a seminar. All participants of the seminar received a give-away in the form of a QR code.

The project starts with a joint meeting of all partners in Graz (Austria).
